2. DIGITAL CONTRACT

All products displayed on this website are presented as an invitation to treat.

By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase under the stated conditions. A binding agreement is only formed upon confirmation of dispatch or official order acceptance email issued by ZVOKE THE LABEL.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch at our sole discretion. If payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in EUR (€).

We accept:

Visa / Mastercard / American Express
PayPal
Stripe-supported payments
And further are still being added.

Payment is required in full at checkout unless a specific alternative method is offered.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Where a pricing error affects an order, the customer will be given the option to proceed or cancel.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ZVOKE THE LABEL ships domestically and internationally through selected logistics partners.

Carriers:

Greece: ACS, BOXNOW to be added soon.
International: DHL

Processing Time:

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Estimated Delivery:

Greece: ~2 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 5–15 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.

Shipping Fees:

A flat-rate shipping fee applies and is displayed at checkout.

Tracking:

All orders are shipped with tracking and tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Customs:

International orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance.

ZVOKE THE LABEL reserves the right to reject orders due to:

Inventory availability
Payment issues
Suspected fraud or misuse
Pricing or system errors

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER RIGHTS)

In accordance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

7. RETURNS

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.

8. FAULTY ITEMS

Every piece is produced under strict quality control standards. However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately with visual evidence.

If approved, we will offer:

Replacement of the item, or
Refund to the original payment method

Damage resulting from wear, misuse, or improper care does not qualify as a fault.

9. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY

Promotional codes are:

Single-use unless stated otherwise
Non-transferable
Non-retroactive

ZVOKE THE LABEL reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All creative output including but not limited to garments, graphics, silhouettes, imagery, branding, and digital content remains the exclusive intellectual property of ZVOKE THE LABEL (SARLIDIS V. KAI SIA E.E.).

No reproduction, reinterpretation, or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

11. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

Interfere with website security or functionality
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Use the website for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is detected.

16. TERMINATION

Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
